Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from ATN Decor. If something isn't right, you may return most items within 30 days of pickup for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Wall panels that have been cut, adhered, or installed cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Wall panel samples are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to return an item
Returns are handled in person at our Garden Grove showroom. Bring the item and your proof of purchase to 13222 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA 92843, open daily 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Please call or text (714) 515-6868 before you come so we can have your order on hand.
Damaged or defective items
If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of pickup at contact@atndecor.com or (714) 515-6868 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
